The perfect kingdom of the Silver Millenium on Earth's moon is destined to be destroyed by the love between the prince of Earth and the moon princess - and by jealousy. Access to a multiversal nexus has allowed the shitennou who guard the prince to discover and take steps to neutralize that threat, and Beryl never found the creature known as Metalia.

Unfortunately, someone else did. Demando, a malcontent who fancied himself in love with Serenity, awakened Metalia and gained its power as well as a strong following. He has vowed to take the beautiful heiress of the beautiful moon for himself, and has demanded that Earth turn over the corpse of Prince Endymion if its people wish to avoid war. Preventing one future may or may not allow this world to avoid its fate.
